Limited Lifetime RV Warranty Overview:

As part your purchase, from participating dealers, you receive a Limited Lifetime RV Warranty on your new RV.

Here’s are the most important things to know:
  • This warranty must be registered within 30 days after purchasing your RV to activate coverage.
  • Whenever possible, you should continue to service your vehicle where you purchased it.
  • You must service your RV according to the manufacturer recommended service.
  • You must have your RV inspected per the terms of your contract and submit your inspection forms to this site within the time frames as detailed on your contract.
  • If a breakdown does occur, please contact your selling dealership immediately. Once the RV is at your dealership, your service writer will submit a claim on your behalf. If you cannot get to your dealership, take it to a licensed RV repair facility. Always have the service facility call us before any repair work is performed.

What components are covered by the Limited Lifetime RV Warranty?

Once you register your Limited Lifetime RV Warranty and as you stay current on your maintenance and inspections, the following vehicle components are covered:

Air Conditioning: Compressor, Evaporator, Condenser, Capacitors, Relays, Expansion valve, Control module and panel, Reversing valve, Blower fan and motor and PC board. Coverage for Motorized chassis AC system is excluded.

Heating System: Furnace igniter, Burner assembly, Gas valves, Gas leak detector, Thermostat, Thermocouple, Blower motor and PC board.

Kitchen Appliances: Range/oven burner assembly, Burner valves, Convection oven, Microwave, Refrigerator/freezer, Thermostat, Thermocouple, Burner, Igniter and PC board. Icemaker, Built-in food processor, Built-in coffee maker, Trash compactor, In-sink disposal, Ceiling fan motor and Smoke detector.

Entertainment System: Factory or dealer installed televisions – Under 40 inches, stereo receiver, compact disc player and Amplifier. Coverage does not apply to motorhome chassis in-dash equipment. Limited to one Entertainment System repair per Limited Warranty Term.

LP Gas:Gas regulators, Gas tanks, Gas valves, Tank gauges and LP lines and fittings.

Suspension: Shackles and bushings, Leaf and coil springs and Rubber suspension springs.

Brakes: Wheel cylinders, Calipers and Electric Brake Magnet.

Interior and Exterior Hardware: Door handles, Latches and Springs.

Manual Leveling Jacks: Factory or dealer installed bolt on and welded scissor jacks.

Water Heater: Burner assembly, Tank, Thermostat, Thermocouple, Gas valve, Heating elements, Fittings and connections, Control panel, Electronic ignition assembly, Wiring harness, Relays, Switches and PC board.

Fresh Water: Water pump, Compressor, Water tanks, Water lines, Pipes, Fittings and connections, Faucets and Traps.

Q: How much does the Limited Lifetime RV Warranty cost?

The Limited Lifetime RV Warranty comes STANDARD on all eligible vehicles. This means peace of mind is FREE, but only when you buy your RV at a participating dealership.

Q: What is the registration requirement?

You must register your Limited Lifetime RV Warranty within 30 days of your RV purchase (right here at www.limitedlifetimervwarranty.com). Have the registration form given to you by your dealer nearby; you will need your unique registration number.

Q: What responsibilities do I have to keep my Limited Lifetime RV Warranty in effect?

You must follow your RV manufacturer’s maintenance requirements and the Limited Lifetime RV warranty inspection requirements and send us the necessary documentation (again, right here at www.limitedlifetimervwarranty.com). Pease see your contract for the specific inspection terms and conditions needed to maintain your coverage.

Q: How do I make a claim?

Whenever possible, we recommend returning your vehicle for maintenance and repair work to your dealership. Simply provide the repair facility with a copy of your Limited Lifetime RV Warranty agreement. You may need to authorize a teardown or inspection to determine the need for repairs. All repairs require pre-authorization before any work is performed - make sure your repair facility calls us at 800.819.5786 before doing any repair work.

Q: What if a breakdown occurs out of town?

Take your vehicle to a nearby licensed RV repair facility. Have the repair facility inspect your vehicle and determine what repairs are needed. Authorizations are required for any repairs covered by the Limited Lifetime RV Warranty before any work is undertaken. So, make sure to have the repair facility call us at 800.819.5786 before doing any repair work.

Q: Are there any deductibles I need to pay for when I make a claim?

We suggest you return to your selling dealer for any repair work. If a repair is covered by the Limited Lifetime RV warranty and you have returned to your selling dealer you have a $0 deductible. For covered repairs performed away from your selling dealer, there is a $100 deductible.

Q: What if I'm out of the area on vacation and my vehicle requires a maintenance service?

Ideally, get your service done early, before you go on vacation. Otherwise, call your participating dealership prior to that service.

Q: Can I perform my own maintenance and inspections?

All services must be performed by a professional repair facility.

Q: Are there any repair limits?

Please see your contract for any coverage limitations or exclusions.

Q: Can I transfer my Limited Lifetime RV Warranty?

The Limited Lifetime RV Warranty is non-transferable; only one lifetime allowed!
